Hmm... I also rushed this summer and it seemed like it was the other way around during pref. From all the girls I talked to that were deciding between the lower tier houses almost all of them preffed GPhi and Theta over DZ. And I also know many girls who preffed houses in higher tiers but got stuck with DZ....
