lmao chill. i'll assume you're talking about sorority rush? during formal recruitment before you enter a house you will be lined up alphabetically by last name with about 100 or so other girls for that round. as you walk into the house the girls will be lined up and can see your name tag and will shout "hi welcome to ..." and whatnot. in every house a girl will be matched to talk to you. the majority of the matches are pretty random, but some houses try to match girls who are from similar areas, and if you're a highly sought after pnm you'll be matched with some of the "better" or more important girls in the sorority. the actives have a pretty set list of questions to ask you so there isn't much you have to come up with on the spot in terms of trying to keep a conversation going. unless you're a highly sought after pnm the actives will not know things about you off the top of their heads and even if they did they wouldn't bring it up because thats weird... they will all literally ask you where you're from even though it's clearly stated on your name tag lol. you will probably talk to between 1-3 girls, one at a time, each round. the amount of actives who talk to you does not correlate to how much a house wants you though - sometimes it just works out that more actives talk to you in one house and not another. tbh during rush you will find yourself repeating yourself a lot. all the questions actives ask are literally the same and are very basic. good luck!
