Can someone explain the process of what recruitment would be like going into a house? Will I immediately be matched with someone to talk to? Are they going to know who I am and things about me off the top of their head? Do I talk to multiple members at once or do I talk to one member with multiple pam's at once or just one on one? Do I have multiple different conversations with different members? If so, should I talk about things I talked about with a different member or should I have multiple topics to discuss that way they know multiple things about myself? Can someone please give me a detailed explanation of the ACTUAL process inside a house lol
