You won't need recs really! I went through rush with three recs and got dropped from only two houses, two of which were some of the few I had recs for. I ended up in a top house, and am extremely happy with it. Just be yourself, have a decent resume, and make the best grades you possibly can. Also, being good at making conversation is key. Good luck!
