I don't understand how people don't know that AOPi, Theta, and DZ are all getting new houses. They're all getting new houses. Once Zeta finishes building over winter break DZ is moving into the swing house and their construction will begin, once the football season is over AOPi construction will begin, and Theta is currently working with architects to create a plan/rendering. They're ALL getting new houses and they will all be done by Fall of 2019.
