You go through the same program that every new member goes through. The nice thing with COB is that you'll have a much smaller new member class, so you'll probably be much closer to your new member sisters and have more time with your trainer/new member ed leader. It's not faster - it will take the same amount of time, and you'll go through the same initiation that everyone experiences.
