Zoning does NOT restrict their building dimensions. The building between AOPi and Reese Pfifer Hall will be torn down, which will leave plenty of room for both to have giant houses. One reason they're going last is because when all the rebuilding began in 2011, they had JUST completed extensive redecorating and remodeling. And they're the closest spots to campus and the stadium. Those are primo locations.
