Define bad. If you get caught up in this GR crap and decide you must have a top house (despite not knowing anyone there) it is likely to be "bad". But do truly should ask why you would want that. "Top" as defined here means members are known by each other from certain areas or otherwise fit a narrow mold. The "old row".
