I agree with you message, except Mom and Grandma's house is what keeps getting top tier ranking here. To each their own! But the idea that the old row is top with the "best" girls (as measured by wealth, good taste and grades with the most popularity and desirability) just isn't true anymore. A few old row houses are still top, but others have marginal reputations with an appeal that limited to similar old row fraternities and are popular mostly among students from a few zip codes. However, we still see ranks that put old row right across the top. Again, focusing within your zip code is great if that's what you want. But it hardly makes you considered top among all the students here. When I see these old row are top rankings I typically laugh, and tend to believe it is an alumn, a Mom, or a self ranker. \n\n\n\n\n
