If you can get into an old row house, take the bid. It's harder to get bids from these houses because they are very highly selective. You must be the complete package - top grades, very involved, great reputation, etc. The posters above clearly did not make the cut for membership into one of the old row power houses. Anyone can get a bid from new row. You've got to be something special to get an old row bid.
