KKG is the most consistently over rated house. Lots of self promotion from members alumns and Moms, it seems. They have average grades, average looks, and a not so great reputation on campus. Rated high on brand recognition only. KD is close behind for high ranks and average reality I do think AXO is a top house and Phi Mu seems often under rated very good grades, membership and looks. DG and PiPhi placed a little high in the original post as well.
