AP and DG are good for bottom houses. Not the best but all right. But don't pretend to think that they're top houses. They're not even at the top of the bottom tier. Nothing against them, and of course, you're welcome to your opinions. But just know that most people here would disagree with you because we see it every year during recruitment. You do know that DG and AP lost pnms to Theta, G Phi, DZ, AOP, etc., don't you? They're not at all completing with the top half of houses.
