Agree, there are some good points here. Go for leadership opportunities. Committee heads first, then Panhellenic or board offices. Also look for committees with members who are well respected and join those committees. Learn how to make culture changes then work to improve your chapter. Meanwhile, I can tell you Theta is still a strong chapter and is not going anywhere or being removed. Those kind of rumors should be addressed with your leadership. Be the one to build a better rep. The girls are worth it.
