@OP, Yes old row has many OOS. Old row also cuts for not having the southern, Alabama connections, and then chooses to party exclusively with others of the same connection. New Row becomes a thing that others desire. Especially OOS women. New Row is rockin' this rep. Can they have a positive rep too or is that only for Old Row?
