It depends on why you think they had a "slow" year. Frankly, beleive allot of PNMS saw these houses as "boring", very good but not great, and by comparison "middle tier" - despite all the history and hype of past glory. The girls who perceived this went elsewhere. Not sure how that gets corrected next year.
