Amazing observation. All chapters do lose members. Have you heard of graduation? If either AXO or DDD do COB, it will be because there are like one or two girls the chapter wants, not because they have to find and pledge more members to replace the ones that leave. Here is another observation. No one was crying on bid day because they were sad about getting DDD or AXO.
