This is a bunch of urban rumors and plain, flat-out lies. The poeple passing this on have no clue has to how this the housing and building works. Theta isn't going anywhere. They will build their house in due time. The bulk of the loan money comes from the university. OF COURSE there is fund-raising going on - you want to do that so you have to borrow the least amount you have to. OF COURSE you are still paying off your loans from your most recent expensive renovation, but when it comes time to build, all that will be refinanced. How about you worry about paying off the loans on your own house. Don't you have a class to go to or something?
