Really, oh ye of little faith is right. Not every chapter can build at the same time. They will do what's best for Theta on a timeline that works for them. And the major renovation they did is a good reason they are last. Alumnae don't just fork over millions. There is a campaign to raise money to help down payments for loans. Yearly dues are what pay off the loans eventually -- not alumnae. Too privileged. Be grateful.
