@this could be, You are clueless. Every chapter runs yearly/semester based on dues and budgets. Alumnae support does not pay for these general operations. Of course all Chapters can raise donations from Alumnae for special events like recruitment, etc., so we don't have to use all of the operations budget. Many chapters take pride in budgeting, forecasting, planning as the actives gain valuable experience for future careers.
