Without any doubt the top rated are now (no order in levels): AXO, ZTA, Alpha Phi, Phi Mu Tridelt, Kappa, Pi Phi, AGD not sure how the rest line up after the above.... There are no "bottom" houses at UA. Theta is not as bad as the rhetoric on this site. They seem ok to me. Some of the "bottom" houses at UA would be top at many universities. The women at Alabama are really exceptional.
