Based upon snap chats, chatter among actives and moms of actives around town today: Kappa slayed with the new house. Pi Phi seems please even though they recruited out of the stadium club and will be in the German House compound for a swing house. Ph Mu surprisingly low key Zeta killed it. GPhi has emerged as a major factor on lower half. The trend seems to be that ZTA and Pi Phi are becoming even more in play for top pnms. This must be due to the large OOS. For in-state and "southern oos" Kappa had a stronger year than other old row houses expected, even with the new house. This may be why some tradition houses like AXO, KD, Chi O are a little low key right now. Legacies also were cut in droves this year.
