The house comment is basically the gpb pitch. I don't think Aopi will ever be without a house. Having a new house is good for gpb. They benefit from it. Happy for them. It does not make the sorority higher quality though. When I went through I could not ever see myself in gpb. Not really an Aopi fan either. But of the two definitely Aopi. Ask any frat contact. Don't ask on here. Go to the Ferg and ask around.
