That's not true. A lot of great PNMs only have one for pref for a variety of reasons and some are completely dropped before pref. Having only one party for pref is actually kind of awesome since you know you are guaranteed to receive a bid as long as you list them on your card(unless you do something truly insane like set a member on fire haha) so can relax and enjoy the party.
