I am so sad and confused right now. I have the grades, the involvement, volunteering, recs, appearance, good family that everyone said the houses are looking for. I did really well after first round, so I was shocked when I got my list back today. I can be pretty shy when I first meet people, so other girls are saying it could've been because of that, but at this point I have mostly "bottom tier" houses left. The thing is, I've actually really liked the girls I've met in those houses. They seem so sweet and genuine and like they really love being sisters. But I am concerned about like the stigma that comes with being in a "lower tier" house. Is it really as bad as it is on here or during rush? Like are people going to judge me, make fun of me, refuse to be friends with me, or not invite me to things because I'm in a "lower tier" sorority? I'm not trying to bash any of these houses, because I really like them and may end up in one of them. I just want honest opinions about this because it's the only thing that's making me question being in these houses. Thanks!
