You can call and explain your situation to Panhellenic. They might even let you miss some days if you need to and send an email to the sororities with what is going on. They may be able to extend you invites to extra rounds even though you aren't at the first parties because the houses know what's going on and may be willing to take a chance on you early on if you can make it later in the week once there are less parties.
