Fellows and other programs like that are Definately a plus. For my house we would not take somebody just on resume. If there is no fit, we don't list. Period. Anything else is a disservice to the pnm. So I agree with @... @Not true, your house would take a pnm that has no personality/fit because of intelligence/leadership and attractiveness? So does that not make it about you and not the pnm?
