This is one of the best lists I have seen bc it takes into account present day reality with the oos pnms and recent success in recruitment - instead of just repeating establishment status quo bs. KD and agd are falling bc they suck at recruiting oos and care only about in state alabama hs money and connections. The old/new row thing is actually over. A relic of another time. The only pnms tha care are those stuck in a hs mindset or who cannot impress oos recruitment teams. At the top new row houses.
