STG would be most likely to end up in the old SigEp house. That is if it isn't torn down. Alpha Sig and ADPhi would be in competition to obtain a frat box (across from DTD on Jefferson) if one should open (History is fairly similar for these fraternities (both being formerly prominent on campus) but ADPhi has the edge for GPA). Having a big house is an expensive thing, and without a national endowment or generous alumni base, it's not a possibility for the off-campus frats without raising dues (in turn losing members, who may have joined due to the lower dues). It won't be until 2017 at earliest. Don't join a frat thinking you can bet on them having a house before you gradate. Don't let them lie to you about getting one soon either.
