Panhellenic doesn't want DPhiE -- they've presented before and got rejected. They don't have the money to recolonize at Bama anyway. Tri Sigma is iffy. Their chapter at Mizzou struggles even though it's their largest one nationally, and their only good chapters are at schools like ECU, Elon, James Madison, and Pittsburgh. Plus it's too soon to tell how they'll do at Auburn.
