Panhellenic needs to make a move. -Requiring a 3.0 to rush -Adding a new NPC sorority (AXiD/Sigma Kappa/DphiE/Tri Sig) -Moving rush to spring semester Pledge classes cannot function well when above 130. Even 130 causes some issues. It places a burden on the houses and retention rates fall quickly.
