Your nickname being "not southern" and you being from the southwest suggests to me that you have a better chance of a good fit in a new row house. Not that oos not southern can't get lucky and actually make good friends in an old row house, but the sad reality is most in state girls are not too interested in branching out and they are mostly in old row houses.
