I was in one of the "older" houses and my dues were roughly 6K a year before t-shirts ($20-$25 a piece) and added fees for random things. keep in mind a lot of the figures they throw at you are by the semester....some of the new houses are roughly 10k out of house and 12k-14k in house. Sad that a sorority costs more these days then your tuition.
