No. This was the ranking 10 years ago. Old row and new row do not matter nearly as much anymore...lots of new row houses that are just as good if not better than some old row, and lots of old row that are still good. This is the classic mommy ranking. Just because a house is "old row" does not give them an automatic spot in the top two rows anymore. Sorry to break it to you.
