It just depends where you feel you fit in. A good amount of kids that post here are either GDIs or high school kids. Now if you weren't able to get a bid on the row, the only reputable jefferson houses are LXA, Kappa Squid, ZBT possibly DX. Whatever you do DO NOT go Phi Psi. They're getting a new house on the row but don't let that fool you, those kids are the goobers of UA.
