Phi delt is falling hard and fast, especially with this past years pledge class. I feel like every guy I talk to in other fraternities (both "good" and "bad") was offered a bid to phi delt last year. Just a weird group from all over the place who love Xanax and acid a little more than the rest. They do throw good parties though it helps that they let tons of guys from other fraternities join in.
