new row and old row are both on the same row, theres no difference of location. don't pay attention to the obvious trolls that about to follow because you brought it up. old row is- alpha chi omega, alpha gamma delta, chi omega, delta delta delta, kappa delta, kappa kappa gamma, and phi mu new row is- alpha delta pi, alpha phi, alpha omicron pi, delta gamma, delta zeta, kappa alpha theta, gamma phi beta, pi beta phi, and zeta tau alpha yes all those things are considered but really you'll only be cut for grades and those things aren't enough to carry you through every house, conversation and connection are the most important. As for being a legacy, it helps but its not everything and usually only grandmothers, mothers, and sisters count. Recruitment is intense but the system works.
