For the Alumnas we send our stuff to that don't live in our city, do I need to mail them all of the stuff or do I need to email them my stuff? - ASK YOUR REC WRITER HOW SHE WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE YOUR INFO. WHEN IN DOUBT, E-MAIL AND TELL HER YOU'LL BE GLAD TO SNAIL MAIL PAPER COPIES, TOO. Also, I've been searching for a month so I'm not being lazy, but what if I can't find an alumna from each chapter? Is it weird to find an alumna online and ask for her to write me one even if I don't know her? YOU'VE STILL GOT SOME TIME -KEEP SEARCHING. DID YOU ASK ALL YOUR TEACHERS? DID YOUR MOM ASK HER FRIENDS? NEIGHBORS, PEOPLE YOU WORK WITH, PEOPLE AT CHURCH. ASK YOUR DAD - MEN HAVE WIVES, MOTHERS, SISTERS, AND DAUGHTERS WHO ARE SORORITY MEMBERS. ONLINE ALUMNAE - E-MAIL AND ASK THEM, MAYBE SHE CAND FIND SOMEONE IN HER SORORITY CLOSE TO YOU. BUT KEEP ASKING AROUND FOR SOMEONE IN YOUR AREA. Last question, on the envelopes we send with our stuff, do we write the address to be sent straight to the sorority house that's on their websites? Or the Panhellic address? And do I put my address as who it's sent from or will the alumna write hers? ENVELOPE ADDRESS SHOULD BE THE CHAPTER'S ADDRESS. SEND NOTHING TO PANHELLENIC. THE ALUMNA WILL WRITE HER RETURN ADDRESS ON THE ENVELOPE.
