For the Alumnas we send our stuff to that don't live in our city, do I need to mail them all of the stuff or do I need to email them my stuff? - Send hard copies, do not email. (And it's alumnae not alumnas.) what if I can't find an alumna from each chapter? Is it weird to find an alumna online and ask for her to write me one even if I don't know her? - Do what @another pnm says above and contact your local panhellenic and alumnae chapters. No, it's not weird. on the envelopes we send with our stuff, do we write the address to be sent straight to the sorority house that's on their websites? Or the Panhellic address? And do I put my address as who it's sent from or will the alumna write hers? - Address envelopes to the individual chapters, not to panhellenic. The return address is the rec writer's, not yours.
