I think it's been proposed that if SDT got its membership up, they could take over one of the old swing houses (ADPi or Alpha Gam). Another thing they would have consider is what kind of chapter they want to be. Right now their "brand" is a smaller, more laid-back experience for girls who might not have considered Greek life otherwise because they didn't feel they were a good fit for a traditional Panhellenic house. They seem to like being an alternative-type group, and they get a lot of women who choose them for that reason, so trying to change the identity of the chapter might not be easy.
