New row is considered higher tier than "old row" with better looking,more popular houses. There are a lot more OOS students in new row so they are more up to date than the "decade" behind the times mostly bama natives in old row. Old row is only more influential in "old row" minds, sadly most defenders of old row who post are ancient divorces housewives that their husbands left for younger women and sit fixated on their computers giving advice like it was still the 60,s, 70's or 80's. I guess they just can't let go of that time when the greek scene was vastly different.
