I appreciate your advice. I'm from the south as well. I just didn't know what to do or how to show appreciation for being invited to the teas and respectfully decline without them feeling like I wasn't interested in becoming a part of their sisterhood. I'm open-minded to every single one of the chapters at Bama and I know it's all a matter of finding the house that is right for you and who you connect with, but I have heard the stories of recruitment at Bama and girls not getting a bid and that scares me.
