They will be voting during their membership selection based on the resume qualities, and what their friends and alums have to say about a member. THE EASIEST WAY TO GET CUT FROM AN OLD ROW OR FIRST CIRCLE HOUSE IS TO NOT HAVE A REC. And by rec, I mean a real rec that actually says that you are really, really awesome and the alum really wants to see you wear her letters and gives us info about you and your family that you can put on a resume.
