A lot of what you see in here is because of rush. Houses want to be desired, and some people feel they have to tear other houses down to give their house a shot. It will get MUCH worse between now and the fall. The house pretty much chooses the girl, and only a handful of girls get a choice at any house they want, so it's kind of pointless.
