The only way Greek life will hurt you is if you make it about the wrong things. Living with great people, being involved with philanthropies, and still caring about other aspects of life will not hurt you. However, joining a house where you can't be yourself, feel pressure to go out every night and never make real connections probably can. Nobody should be going on an interview leading with what sorority or frat thy were in--that's lame!
