They're currently suspended for three years. Delta Phi owns their own house, which has a lot of historical significance to Cornell since it was built as Ezra Cornell's private residence. Cornell REALLY wants that house back, so they keep booting Delta Phi the second they recolonize for the most bs reasons to try and force their nationals to sell them the house.
