For context: Chi Psi recolonized in 2016, ZBT in 2014, and Sig Pi in 2013. They quickly returned to their historic strength. Given the strength and alumni of some of the current recolonized frats (Fiji, Llenroc) and their great physical houses, anyone suggesting they’re not coming back well is kidding themselves. These frats also aren’t just recolonized. Most recolonized in 2022 and this is their third or fourth rush, they have 30 or more brothers, and they’re living in their houses. Llenroc and SNU are living in houses they actually own, whereas half the frats on campus rent. There are some frats that don’t want these recols to succeed and are spreading the message above. That’s to be expected. But more frats and srats are a good thing for everyone.
