Pike's house is pretty atrocious -- small, cramped, rundown. Only thing going for them is that the location is good on west and the frat is decent. DTD's is not the best (super 70s vibes), although their party space is surprisingly well designed AEPi's is horrible, although they're suspended right now anyway SAM's isn't that special. Was the former PSS house, and before that was KA Society. KSig's is fairly rundown, although they have a cool bar set up inside. Honestly most houses aren't bad, but the top physical houses are significantly more impressive than the average frat house.
