AD and Llenroc both own their houses free and clear. No arrangement with the university, just lots of wealth combined with smart alumni leadership over multiple generations. There's plenty of lies on GR but the fact that some frats own amazing houses isn't one of them. A couple of frats that DON'T own their houses flex about them like they do though, which is alway funny to read for those in the know.
