Before you accept a bid, get a sense of who your frat will be mixing with this semester. Although brothers are fairly ubiquitous (most people here are studious with minimal athletic ability), the mixing schedules are not. Top and Upper houses mix almost exlcusively with C4 (APhi, KKG, DG, Theta), while the mids may mix heavily with KD, AEPhi, AXO, etc. Trust me, there's a big difference in quality and also social budgets, so don't trick yourself into thinking these lower tier mixers are comparable. If you have the option for a higher tier mixing schedule, strongly consider. Unless the frat is full of weirdos, then find somewhere else to join.
