Asking about frat brotherhoods on this website is the worst thing you can do. No one really knows how the brotherhood of a fraternity is except the brothers in the fraternity themselves. Check the houses out for yourself. I will say all frats have dudes with varying amount of involvement. There will always be some dudes in the house that never pu to events and there’ll be dudes that are always there. At the end of the day it’s the vibe/energy of the frat which matters. Instead of focusing on social stuff and sucking up to brothers, keep an eye out for how brothers act around each other during informal rush events. It’ll tell you a lot
